I had a well-appointed and top-notch room with a clean bathroom.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Close proximity to numerous restaurants. Provided breakfast was excellent, fresh eggs, fruit, good coffee and more!

Top rated place with excellant stuff at check-out. Well-appointed room, good bed and quiet in the evenings. Outstanding coffee, tea, milk, cereals and cookies supplied. Favourable and fantastic location right off interstate, easy to get around. Short walk to the premises, several fast food places, and Great smokey Mountains national Park, friendly staff, clean rooms.

It was just a proper fit for a short weekend trip in Newport with real value for money. The staff was super friendly, and they even recognized us from previous stays. Make sure to ask for a room with a view if you have the chance.

Not exactly cheap, but worth it for a couple

The room was amazing, super clean, and comfortable, I gotta say. The front desk lady was really friendly, went out of her way to help us out.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but still acceptable in the grand scheme of things.

The outside of the building needed improvement because as I pulled up to the room, I had doubts. However, the quality of the room dispelled my doubts.

The room was clean, but the continuous noise from the ceiling was distracting.

The carpet was soaking wet. It was still soaking wet in the morning. The air vent sounded like a broken washer, was very loud and woke us everyte it kicked on.

The staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were satisfied.

The room was cramped. There was only one chair and really only one place it could be situated. There was no door between the sink area and the larger room area. This did not lend to privacy.

This hotel is perfect for me, offering free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with currency tips. I recommend it for a comfortable experience, and I'm coming back next year!
